HOH Volunteer Application

Welcome to the House of Help, Hempstead

We are a Food Pantry and Thrift Store located in Hempstead, Tx.

We are using the Web Based tool Called https://justserve.org/

To volunteer for a local project:

  1. Go to https://justserve.org/
  2. Enter a City and State/Province or Postal Code (To Find us, you need to put in zip 77445)
  3. Select the Search button
  4. Use the Filters to narrow the list of projects based on your availability, skills, interests
  5. Select a project by clicking on the project name or image
  6. Review the project details
  7. Select the Volunteer button
  8. Enter applicable details, then select the Volunteer button
  9. That’s it. You are in!
  10. You will receive a confirmation email
